Maggi Pakoras/Fritters

Maggi Pakoras/Fritters is a special rainy day recipe inspired by pakoras. It is often served hot with tomato sauce or with pudina chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Maggi Noodles – 2 pkts.
  • Maggi Seasoning – 2 pkt.
  • Refined Flour – ¼ cup.
  • Sliced Onions – ¼ cup.
  • Green chillies (chopped) – 2 nos.
  • Yellow peppers (chopped) – ¼ cup.
  • Capsicum (chopped) – ¼.
  • Red peppers (chopped) – ¼ cup.
  • Italian Seasoning – 2 tsp.
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp.
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 tsp.
  • Coriander chopped – 2 tsp.
  • Grated cheese – ½ cup.

Directions:

  1. Heat up the noodles alongside the Maggi flavoring, let them chill off and exchange to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining vegetables and frame little pakoras.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
