Cheese Burst Maggi Dosa

  1. Mix processed cheese, milk and butter in a bowl.
  2. Heat it in a microwave for thirty seconds and mix them thoroughly after microwaving, repeat the procedure four times till you make cheese sauce.
  3. Put Dosa batter on dosa plate for cooking.
  4. Add 1 tbsp butter and spread it through out.
  5. Add cabbage, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, schezwan sauce, ketchup, cooked maggi/noodles, Salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Mix them evenly.
  7. You can also mix them before adding it to dosa.
  8. Pour cheese sauce all over the dosa and mix them.
  9. Keep it for 1-2 minute on dosa plate and cut them into slices.
  10. Roll the slices and flood them with cheese sauce.
  11. Serve Hot.
