- Cooking oil
- Green peas

- Add oil to your pan and heat till it gets hot.
- Add chopped garlic, cayenne pepper, chopped green chilli, chopped onions, green peas, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot
- Mix well after a while add chopped cabbage and chopped tomato.
- Mix well and cook for a while
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, oregano as per taste and mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp hot and sweet sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, maggi masala and mix well well cook for few minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and maggi cook for few minutes till water gets absorbed by the maggi.
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
