Maggi with Punjab da twist


  • Cooking oil
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Green peas
  • Capsicum
  • Cabbage
  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Oregano
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Hot and sweet sauce

  1. Add oil to your pan and heat till it gets hot.
  2. Add chopped garlic, cayenne pepper, chopped green chilli, chopped onions, green peas, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot
  3. Mix well after a while add chopped cabbage and chopped tomato.
  4. Mix well and cook for a while
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, oregano as per taste and mix well.
  6. Add 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp hot and sweet sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, maggi masala and mix well well cook for few minutes.
  7. Add 2 cups of water and maggi cook for few minutes till water gets absorbed by the maggi.
  8. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
