Noodle & Prawn Stir Fry


  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 x Brown Onion, Halved, Sliced Thinly
  • 2cm-piece Fresh Ginger, Finely Grated
  • 1 x Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 300g Peeled Green Prawns, Tails Intact, Deveined
  • 2 pkt MAGGI Noodles Hot & Spicy
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 x 100g Pkt Snow Pea Sprouts, Halved
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • Fresh Coriander Sprigs, To Serve

  1. Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat.
  2. Add onion, ginger, garlic and prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
  3. Meanwhile cook MAGGI Noodles according to packet instructions.
  4. Add noodles, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, lime juice, snow pea sprouts and chopped coriander to prawn mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Divide the stir-fry among serving bowls and top with coriander sprigs to serve.
