Maggi Masala Pizza


  • 2 pkt Maggi Masala with Tastemaker packets
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • ½ red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • ½ yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp black olives (sliced)

    1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the 2 packets Maggi noodles without the Tastemaker
    2. Once cooked, drain the water and let the noodles cool slightly
    3. Mix the Flour, Tastemaker and half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper into the noodles
    4. Place the noodles into a round mould and leave it to chill and set for about 20 minutes
    5. Once set, heat some oil in a pan and cook the round Maggi base until lightly browned
    6. Flip and cook on the other side as well
    7. Remove the base onto an aluminium foil-lined baking tray
    8. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
    9. On the Maggi base, spread some pizza sauce and cover the top with mozzarella cheese, onions, bell peppers and black olives
    10. Bake the Maggi pizza in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned
    11. Garnish with some chiffonade basil and serve
    12. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
