Egg Bhurji Maggi

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and the tastemaker provided in the packet.
  3. Keep the Maggi aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and carefully break the eggs into it.
  5. Stir continuously.
  6. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Remove the pan from the flame and add this egg bhurji to the Maggi.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Serve hot.

  3. My mum made this for me as a kid. In fact, yesterday I relished it cuz I begged her to make it😅
